The first step is to get your butter ready. You can either use room temperature softened butter or melted butter. In my banana bread, I prefer to use melted butter which you can make by melting the butter in the microwave.
Into a large mixing bowl, you will want to put in your prepared butter. Then pour in the sugar. After that you'll want to mix it completely until it forms a nice paste.
Add in the eggs into the bowl and continue mixing until everything becomes smooth.
Add in the milk and vanilla while continuing to mix things around until smooth. Then put it aside for now.
Now it is time to prep your bananas. Grab your bananas and put them into another bowl. From here you have two options. To either mash your bananas completely or put them in tiny chunks. To mash things up, you'll use a fork or a masher and start mashing your bananas until everything is completely mashed up.Or if you want a more chunky texture, just cut up your bananas into tiny chunks.
After your bananas are done being prepped, you'll want to put the bananas into your bread mixture. Then continue to mix things around until everything is mixed together.
Now you'll be adding in your flour, baking soda and salt. Continue to mix things around until everything is mixed together.
After your bread mixture is ready, you'll want to grab a bread pan and prep it. Rub some butter or oil along the sides of the pan. After that, you'll pour your bread mixture into the bread pan.
Preheat your oven to 350°F and once it is ready, put in your bread pan.
Bake your bread for about an hour. After the hour is up, you'll want to use a toothpick or something to poke your bread to check if the inside is fully cooked or not. If your toothpick is dry, then your bread is done. If it is still wet, then you'll want to let it cook for a few more minutes.
Once your bread is done cooking, take it out and let it cool for a few minutes.
Now remove the bread from the pan and it is ready to serve.
